This is the back door of the so called Sorga Vaasal or Parama Padha vaasal ("Door to Heaven").

Of course no one enters this way as this door is opened only for few days in a year and you need to enter from inside and come out of this to go to Heaven.

The artwork on the door and the surrounding area is pretty impressive.
