This standing rock (Dhwajasthambam?) could be seen/felt from the 21 Tower View area and I could take an excellent picture with the main tower as a backdrop. This is another example of excellent architecture - Look at the straight line of towers when constructed several hundred years ago and this standing rock in line with them. Another interesting fact is that the rock is made of a single piece and stands straight for several years. Lastly, the rock is mobile - I could move it with a single hand and it moved few millimeters. I was astonished to feel that if so much science went in. |
